Markenschutz der Wortbildmarke HEALIX

Die Bildmarke wurde von der Stadt Wien (Hrn. Ing. Dipl.-Ing.(FH) Andreas Preslmayr, MSc und Hrn. Ing. Franz Hoheiser-Pförtner, MSc) entworfen und der Markenschutz (Wortbildmarke) wurde von Tele2 für das HEALIX-Konsortium durchgeführt. Hutchison Drei  ist der Rechtsnachfolger von Tele2 und damit der aktuelle Markeninhaber. Die Nutzung der Wortbildmarke ist für das HEALIX-Konsortium frei.
