Im Fall einer St\u00f6rung in HEALIX bitte ausschlie\u00dflich die folgenden Kontaktdaten zum Einmelden der St\u00f6rung verwenden. Es wird dazu auch die Leitungsnummer des betroffenen HEALIX Anschlusses ben\u00f6tigt. Diese Leitungsnummer ist auf jeder Rechnung aufgedruckt, oder auf dem \u00dcbergabeformular der Leitung bei der Inbetriebnahme enthalten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bei der Einmeldung wird ein Ticket erstellt und die Ticket Nummer bekanntgegeben, unter der der Incident behandelt wird. Bei jedem weiteren Kontakt mit dem Incident Management zu dieser St\u00f6rung bitte auf die Ticketnummer referenzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
